Client Operations Rep (Hybrid)

Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. Includes Call Center
Outbound, Call Center/Customer Service and e-Commerce Customer Service.
Performs clerical or administrative, work
Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
Performs duties according to established procedures
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided; follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher preferred
Previous administrative and clerical experience
Prior Customer Support Operations Experience

Salary range $19 - $21 per hour. Bonus Eligible.
