The Client Services Agent (CSA) will be responsible for working directly with Health Plan Freedom’s clients to collect the critical information necessary for our Agent center to qualify and if appropriate, enroll them in an ACA plan. The CSA will be responsible for working with our partners to provide guidance and coordination on optimizing the impact of our service model. The CSA will work collaboratively with the Agent Center leadership to ensure we are maximizing value we provide to our clients. This is an entry level with growth potential. Responsibilities
Engage in-person with our clients and facilitate the data collection process to maximize the quality of our qualification and enrollment process.

Manage the client experience for our clients, including supporting our external agent partners.
Work with our partners and their staff to ensure we are consistently meeting their needs.
Provide timely responses to client service inquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
Coordinate with the HPF leadership team to ensure we prioritize resources and initiatives to meet critical client deliverables.
Establish relationships and work collaboratively with our internal agents to meet critical business needs.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions for clients.
Ensure HPF leadership is made aware of any critical service issues to be addressed.
Ability to enter data collected into our technology platform.
Must live in Orlando, FL, and have reliable transportation.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Current ACA License for Florida.
Ability to comprehend, articulate, and educate clients on a variety of healthcare options while collecting the necessary information to qualify and, if appropriate, enroll them in ACA coverage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 Years of ACA Experience

This position is a full-time, hourly position with overtime required as needed. Business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00P M and Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Compensation and Benefits Financial – hourly pay, with an annual target salary of $49,920 – $54,080, based on skill and experience, which includes a profit-sharing target of 10% of total compensation. Profit sharing is based upon the company’s financial performance and individual contribution to company success.
