Tax Representation Attorney with 2+ Years of Hands on Experience

Experienced Tax Representation Attorney
Full Time: Monday – Friday in our office in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho
Salary: Starting at $110,000

Position Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to represent our nationwide client base, providing strategic advice and negotiating resolutions on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cases from start to finish, thriving in a fast-paced, paperless environment. Active Attorney Licensing in any US state, required.
Role & Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Examine taxpayers' financial histories, including income, expenses, and assets.
Client Interaction: Conduct detailed phone consultations to gather crucial financial data.
Strategy Development: Create and document strategies to represent clients effectively against tax authorities, collaborating with Case Specialists and Financial Analysts.
Case Execution: Implement strategies, using a mix of assertiveness and diplomacy to achieve favorable outcomes with tax authorities.
Research & Learning: Stay informed about tax relief rules and collaborate with the team for high-quality results.
Mentoring: Support and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.
Performance Metrics: Ensure adherence to performance standards, particularly regarding IRS offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
License to practice in any US State.
2+ years of hands-on experience in tax law or a related discipline.
Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities.
A fervent drive for client satisfaction.
