Job Description: Carelinks ABA Client Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Coordinator to join our Carelinks ABA team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Central Reach software and a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating services and schedules between clients and therapists, answering phone calls, and providing excellent follow-up with clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position requires attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring smooth service delivery for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. - Coordinate therapy schedules between clients and therapists. - Manage client and therapist data within Central Reach. - Provide follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Assist in the scheduling and administrative support of ABA therapy sessions.
