Chiropractic Receptionist
*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our office.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment and training development
- Ensure efficient communication within the office
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
*Experience*
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
