Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist
SCREENER
Location: Mesa, AZ
JOEUN SPINE CHIROPRACTIC is seeking a chiropractic assistant/receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time position 4-5 hours a day from 9:00 AM-1:00/2:00 PM Monday- Friday. This position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to work independently.
Duties include:
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

- Assist the chiropractor with patient care and performing therapies as directed
- Therapeutic massage ( We will teach you)
- Manage patient records, including updating patient information and maintaining accurate and organized files
- Schedule appointments and manage the chiropractor's calendar
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Claim insurance and fill out SOAP notes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Be able to work in a team environment without supervision.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
