Chiropractic Assistant (Entry Level)
Chiropractic Assistant:
We are looking for a positive, outgoing, compassionate and dedicated individual to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. Our clinic has a combination of Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, and Medical Massage.
The position consists of assisting with patient care, but also performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything in the office is running smoothly throughout the work day. Attention to detail is important. Our company culture is a supportive and positive team that works together to help each other and the patients. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, with a smile.
Chiropractic Assistant Duties include:
★ Checking patients in and out
★ Scheduling appointments
★ Patient Therapies
★ Cleaning Exam Rooms
★ Handling patient payments & Discussing medical bills
★ Preparing patients for treatment
★ Restock Exam Rooms & Supplies
★ Medical Record management & requests
★ Referral Processing
★ Medical Assisting to Providers in clinic
★ Laundry & light cleaning
Certification will be required within the first year of employment, with the cost of the first test covered as an employment benefit.
We are hiring for full time. MUST be able to work an open shift which starts at 630am - 600pm with a one hour lunch. Some half days could be switched but can discuss scheduling options at interview.
The position requires excellent and professional communications skills, attention to details, and patient care.
Must have experience with working with people. Preferably in an office or a medical office setting, however not required.

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
