We are looking for a long-term partners to work as Call Center Representatives. Due to recent growth, we are looking for talented, customer-focused individuals to assist utility companies with new and existing customers. In this role, you will be on the phone handling inbound and/or outbound calls. You will assist customers with various needs including making payments, setting payment plans, collecting outstanding balances, reviewing billing and usage, reviewing services received, starting or changing service, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and ensure customer satisfaction.

This position requires a minimum of two years in a customer-focused position. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional requirements include the following:

- Ability to stay focused and attentive in a position that requires extensive phone work

- Ability to work effectively within time constraints and deadlines

- Basic skill in computer proficiency (e.g., email, team-meeting software such as Teams or Zoom, basic word and excel)
- Must be 18 or older and able to pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
