As a BWR Technical Operations Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $127,000 - $173,000 and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Ability to positively build and maintain new and existing customer relationships

As a BWR Technical Operations Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
- As an Operations Manager, you will be part of a growing BWR Services Product Line in the Outage Services Organization.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, management, and employees while continuing to seek opportunities to expand.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group which includes planning and executing to Framatome standards.
- The Operations Manager is the technical point of contact for the field leadership.
- This position requires seasonal spring and fall travel to various utilities, both BWR and PWR.
