First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Banking Service Representative I to join our Retail Banking Group team at Main branch. In this role, you will provide (directly and/or through Business Banking Officer) customer service, sales, and operational banking and lending support for business banking clients. Prepare management reports and other correspondence.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $18.00-$23.00/hour; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent experience in operations, consultative client services, applying financial acumen, critical thinking and organizational skills required.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts preferred.
- PC skills using Word processing and spreadsheets.
- Must be highly accurate, thorough, sand capable of timely and efficient follow-up.
- Able to prioritize among multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Possess organizational and creative problem solving skills.
- Possess oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Able to implement decisions made by Business Banking Officers and apply sound reasoning and judgment.
