Winner Subaru Volkswagen is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs, including cost estimates and timelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
Upsell additional services and maintenance packages as appropriate.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field is a plus.
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license
