Automotive Sales Manager Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Our Dealership requires a hands-on Sales Manager to implement and maintain effective, profitable sales processes for the New and Pre-owned departments. Our manager must have the drive to coach, lead, and train our sales associates. We need an energetic and outgoing personality to help bring our team to the next level.
This manager will also act as a backup to our F&I Department and must know F&I procedures.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
  • Appraise vehicles using analytics
  • Ability to train and motivate sales team
  • Ability to assist sales consultants in processing or completing sales
  • Knowledge of product and promotional information
  • Ability to communicate knowledge of product and promotional information to sales team
  • Ability to conduct sales analyses, comparing sales performance with current sales goals
  • Ability to appropriate display vehicles at the retail facility
  • Leadership skills of delegation, empowerment, coaching, organizing, planning, and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Be able to support the F&I Department in all aspects, from beginning to end.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity and experience with v Auto, in terms of appraising, pricing, and merchandising
  • Familiarity with v Auto in terms of sourcing and acquiring inventory from auctions
  • Demonstrating a strong pre-owned sales process that you can bring into the store
  • Help deepen the pre-owned knowledge of the sales team and improve the overall selling process
  • Must know F& I processes
Must have at least 2+ years car business experience in this role.
No Sundays

CDK experience a plus.
The candidate must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
