Position Summary:
The right candidate's primary responsibility is to assist the Superintendent with the management of the job site as it relates to the daily construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, quality control, inspections, and enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent in monitoring job progress on site, ensuring compliance with contract documents, the Quality Control Program and Safety protocols.
- Execute the project plans and schedules.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with subcontractors and owners.
- Execute company policies and enforce uniformity on construction methods to ensure compliance with Buffalo Builders quality standards.
- Assists Superintendent in scheduling of subcontractors.
- In the absence of a Superintendent, make sure all schedules, policies, and guidelines are maintained.
- Ability to utilize Construction applications such as Red Team and Procore on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
Education/Experience:
- EITHER 3 years of industry experience OR 2–4-year college degree
- Basic understanding of site safety, OSHA certification a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, One Note, and Outlook
- Experience with software platforms similar to Red Team and Procore
