Assistant Lodge Manager – Camp Services
Location: Delta Junction, AK
Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off, 12-hour shifts
Compensation: $65,000 – 70,000/yr + benefits. Includes moving stipend, paid apartment, and all meals covered!

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team near Delta Junction, AK. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our camp services. You’ll support the Camp Manager by overseeing a diverse team and managing various operational functions to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Camp Manager in directing a multi-disciplinary support team, catering to the camp’s operational needs.
  • Coordinate and optimize service delivery across food services, accommodations, information management, security, transport, facilities management, and amenities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with client site-management to ensure responsive and effective support for camp operations.
  • Oversee the orientation, training, coaching, and scheduling of staff.
  • Conduct monthly quality audits to ensure high standards.
  • Help manage budgets, monitor revenues, and control expenses to meet financial targets.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or College Diploma in Hotel/Accommodation Management or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with remote camp services is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership with proven skills in communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, manage resources, and develop staff.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, business acumen, and experience in cross-cultural environments.
