Rich Ford needs to hire an ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER to help oversee our profitable Parts Department, maintain correct inventory and pricing, train staff, and more. Auto parts experience is preferred. Responsibilities - Assistant Parts Manager:
Assist Parts Manager with overseeing and managing a profitable and efficient Parts Department
Train and manage staff
Establish pricing to generate profits
Maintain correct parts inventory
Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
Assist customers in purchasing parts and accessories
Order parts and stock items into inventory
Obtain parts for repair technicians
Maintain a clean and organized department
Maintain high CSI
Other tasks may be assigned
Requirements - Assistant Parts Manager:
Auto parts experience is preferred
Good customer service, communication, and computer skills are required
Good work ethic and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
