All Source Analyst

We are on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented All-Source Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Conduct thorough all-source research and analysis to produce high-quality intelligence products.
Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to assess and exploit intelligence from multiple sources.
Ensure the integration and correlation of data to enhance situational awareness.
Develop concise and actionable reports that clearly articulate findings and support decision-making.
Brief senior leaders on analysis outcomes, fostering effective communication and understanding.

What You Bring:
Required Experience & Background:

At least four years of all-source research, analysis, and production experience, ideally within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies.
Possess an Associate’s degree or an additional three years of intelligence analysis experience.
Familiarity with standard intelligence analysis tools and a strong proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications for reporting and presentations.
You thrive in high-pressure environments and are adept at meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional analytical and research skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear insights.
Willingness to deploy OCONUS.
Strong briefing capabilities, able to convey intricate findings to diverse audiences effectively.
Familiarity with CENTCOM’s area of operations, especially regarding regional dynamics and intelligence practices.
