Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist
- Process AP and AR
- Assist with payroll
- Research and reconcile financial discrepancies as needed
- Prepare financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform basic accounting tasks, e.g., debits, credits, and journal entries
- Knowledge of financial services and principles
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong math skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
- Strong Excel skills required, Quick Books a plus
