Accounting Financial Administrator

We are searching for a Restricted Funds Accounting Financial Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing and reporting on restricted funds. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage financial accounts to ensure compliance with fund restrictions and donor specifications.
Prepare detailed financial reports reflecting restricted fund activities, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
Coordinate with internal departments to track and report fund usage and ensure that expenditures align with donor agreements.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting, providing insights for effective fund utilization.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in fund accounting or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community-focused initiatives.
