Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Demonstrated proficiency in use of computer software. Minimum of one year of data entry computer experience. Effective telephone skills. Competence in the use of business equipment. Record-keeping or accounting experience required. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate or acceptable.
Reports to: Chief Accountant, Office Manager, Assistant Superintendent of Finance
Job Goal: To assist in insuring maximum effectiveness in the operation of the Accounting Department as a service function for the Central Office and local schools of the Board of Education.
Terms of Employment: Twelve-month contract (240 days).
