DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities and authorities of the accounts payable/ payroll position includes but is not limited to:- Process payments for purchase order and non-stock transactions.
- Audit invoices and request against approved receiving reports for correct vendor information, items, quantity and price
- Process patient and vendor refunds.
- Maintains current transaction list and vendor balances sheets.
- Preform general office duties in the course of business. Answer the phone professionally and in a timely manner.
- other duties as assigned.
