SUMMARY The Rental Technician assists guests with finding and fitting ski and snowboard equipment during the winter season and with mountain bike equipment during the summer season. This position works with guests directly on a daily basis to provide the best customer experience possible while staying up to date with current trends in equipment technology.

- Examine the rental fleet for maintenance and repairs needed.
- Properly fit guests with ski/board or mountain biking equipment.
- Determine appropriate gear for guest based on experience level.
- Stay educated on latest technology and trends in equipment technology.
- Participate in safety trainings.
- Listen and understand guest needs to provide exceptional guest service.
- Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related or unrelated to original position.
