Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain network systems, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, focusing on quantum engineering applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for IT usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
