Job Overview
The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, ensuring that we attract and hire candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attraction:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Offer and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
