We are seeking dynamic and motivated B2B Outside Sales Representatives to join our team on a 1099 basis. We offer a 90-120 day draw during your ramp up period. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth and establish long-lasting relationships with clients. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a proven track record in door knocking, B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. We offer a two week training program for candidates outside the roofing insutry. Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business
Door knock to meet potential new clients
Perform roof inspections to assess for damage
Provide excellence in customer service
Secure account contracts to drive sales
Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Provide support to customers with insurance claims and general contracting needs
Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on roofs
Must be willing to network and prospect for new leads
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Professional presentation and written and verbal communication skills
