What you will do: Ø Prospect and attain new business in designated territory region Ø Maintain and develop existing customers through consistent representation Ø Ability to formulate account strategies and execute them Ø Meet and exceed revenue goals in collaboration with sales management Ø Coordinate education and provide vendor and company support to grow the client’s business Ø Represent Paramount Beauty at shows and events Ø Attend training and meetings to expand your business acumen What we are looking for: Ø Outside sales experience, preferably b2b Ø Self-motivated, creative thinker, team player Ø Must be familiar with basic MS Office suite Ø Strong communicator, knowledge of CRM and social networking platforms Ø Valid driver’s license and vehicle Ø English required some bilingual areas, Eng./Span.
