The Visitor Experience Team Member is key to ensuring The Playhouse’s visitor experience, customer service, ticketing, sales and venue engagement meets the needs of our visitors, customers and audiences, ensuring that The Playhouse is professionally positioned for Theatre, the Arts and Culture. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Visitor Experience Team to support the highest quality of visitor experience across all The Playhouse’s activities and services ensuring excellent customer care standards are met and always delivered. They will also support marketing and sales helping to maximise sales opportunities proactively for all The Playhouse activities. They will assist the Marketing and Development Teams to increase attendance and earned income, develop new audiences and present a high and positive profile to the public for all aspects of our work.
