Support Worker
Location- South Belfast Living Options- BT9 and BT10, provide support and care to adults over the age of 18 who have brain injury, Physical or Learning Disability, Sensory or Neurological Disability. Service users are supported over two schemes, Hilllmount in Finaghy Road South and Ardkeen which is just off the Lisburn Road.
Pay- £11.63 per hour, increase to £13.09 for overtime
Hours-shifts range between 8am-10pm. One full weekend off in three.
Duties
No previous care experience is required. Ideal candidate will have good communication, an interest in working in care and an awareness of physical and learning disability. Full training will be provided.

Expected hours: 35 per week
Benefits:

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Prepare meals tailored to individual needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Implement behaviour management strategies as required to promote positive interactions.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Conduct patient care tasks, including monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to relevant professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant changes in client conditions.
