Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions from graduate to director level.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to determine suitability for specific roles.
- Actively network and build a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate identification to offer management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
