Role Overview: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying and sourcing top talent to presenting candidates to clients and closing successful placements. Key responsibilities:
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, communicating effectively with candidates/clients to arrange interviews, give feedback and assist with the offer stage.
Identify potential new clients and key decision makers to improve and expand relationships.
Develop a strong business plan with the help of a hands-on director who wants to see you succeed.
Maximise social media and job boards to identify top talent.
