This role will include, but is not limited to:

Delivering high quality customer service

Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents

Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines

Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments

Handle visiting customers and incoming phone calls

Supporting the claims team by making new vehicle bookings during peak periods
