There are new and exciting opportunities to join the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WASUT), People Services Team, in the role of a People Services Partner.
Successful applicants will work across Wales to support the People Business Leader in delivery of a comprehensive range of people services activities across the Trust such as employment legislation, performance management, monitoring of workforce KPIs within the department, embedding good people management practices and developing and raising managerial and team capabilities.
The post holder will therefore play a key role in ensuring effective and efficient management of people, through the provision of highly specialised expert advice to the business on a comprehensive range of people services.
The People Services Partner will have lead accountability for the delivery of a comprehensive range of people services, managing complex caseloads, job evaluation lead, sickness absence, training and directing the workload of the People Relations Advisors.
The People Services Partner will build effective relationships and championing partnership working with Trade Unions and Professional Organisations at every level.
Whilst there is funding for the role to be full time, we would be keen to hear from candidates looking for flexible working options. The base for this role is not fixed and can be a combination of home working and attending a Welsh Ambulance Service Trust base. Due to the role covering Wales there will be a requirement for some travel.
We look forward to receiving your application form and hope to be supporting you with your career in the Welsh Ambulance Service in the near future.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
