People Partner (Grade5)
Salary: Grade 5 £36,370 – 41,593
Full time (37 hours currently working 32 as part of a 4 day week) but part time or fewer hours considered for the right candidate
Contract up to 12 months (Maternity cover)
Hybrid working – expectation to attend office once a week – Office in Cambourne & Waterbeach and 17% employer contribution pension
We have an exciting vacancy for a proactive, generalist people partner to join a forward thinking authority. As a People Partner you would be working closely with a service area using data and building relationships across the organisation to translate business requirements into effective, innovative and creative HR solutions. You would be responsible for providing expert advice and support on a range of employment issues. You will also support the Service Manager in developing and delivering policies and strategies which deliver organisational objectives.
As a People Partners it is essential you are working towards as a minimum your CIPD Level 5 Diploma, or equivalent experience, but your attitude to delivery of this knowledge will be key to your success in this role
