Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations within a small builder of home extensions, conservatories and sunrooms.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Maintain an organised system for documentation and building materials
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage office operations effectively
- Administrative experience in an office setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excell programmes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,983.70-£24,125.01 per year
