About the role Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Noticing Administrator to work on our Welsh Water contract in Clydach. As a Noticing Administrator you will be part of our Streetworks Team) who are responsible for supporting the contract to deliver all noticing and Streetworks activities in line with NRSWA. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to our planning and operational functions, securing notices, permits, TMA requests and various duties for all relevant orders to enable us to deliver a high standard of works. As the Noticing Administrator you will be responsible for raising and request notices/permits.Action cancellation and final registration reports.Action and request TM applications/traffic management. Request extensions with the local authorities.Action work comments. Initiate work start/stop emails You will be supporting planning and operations with Streetworks legislation. Data Input into our work system. Support with actioning a shared inbox. Communicate professionally with key stakeholders. Actively contribute as a team player. GCSE or A-Level Qualification
NVQ Level 1-3
Experience with technology and software
Excellent Customer Service
Advanced IT skills
Strong Communication Skills
Good attention to detail
Structured & able to prioritise their own workload.
Team player who is willing to help others.
Works well in a thriving environment
If you have experience of working in the water industry, that would be preferable but not essential.
