Loft Ins Space is looking for experienced installers to join our growing team in South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to high-quality installations.

Position Details:

Pay: Competitive rates

Driving licence required (UK licence with no more than 6 points)

Job Description:
You will be responsible for installing loft boarding, ladders, and hatches, converting lofts into safe storage spaces for domestic customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Install loft boarding, ladders, hatches, and insulation.
Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Communicate effectively with the team and customers.
Help troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
Ensure all work is done safely and to the highest standards.

Training Provided:
You will work with an experienced fitter for 4-12 weeks (depending on your experience). Once fully trained, you’ll be assigned your own jobs, with a company van and tools provided.
Required Skills:

Must have experience using power tools (impact drivers, circular saws, multi-tools, jigsaws).
Basic DIY skills.
Manual labour experience (e.g., building or trades).

The Right Candidate:

Physically fit and capable of manual labor.
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Punctual and reliable.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Clear communicator and polite to both customers and colleagues.
Quick learner and keen to deliver high-quality work.
Willing to work closely with the management team to improve processes.
