Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team at Gin Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests,preparing afternoon tea, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our spa and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organised diary to optimise table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with guests to help address any inquiries or special requests.
- Prepare and serve afternoon tea to our guests
- Maintain a spotlessly clean kitchen, bar and lounge area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- A passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends as required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Pay: £10.42-£11.44 per hour
