Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food production, food safety, and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
