Wagamama NI are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join their Front of House Team in their Dundonald restaurant.
Job Title: Front of House Team Leader
Location: Unit 9 Omni Park, Dundonald, BT16 1XT
Job Description
As Front of House Team Leader, you will assist the Front of House Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing busy shifts, ensuring that all team members deliver service and quality in line with Wagamama standards which meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Full Wagamama brand training will be provided.
Essential Criteria

• All applicants should have a minimum of 12 months’ work experience within a busy restaurant environment.
• It is essential that applicants are flexible to work on a rota basis.

Desirable Criteria

• It is desirable that applicants have a minimum of 6 months managerial experience within the hospitality industry.

Hours of Work:Variable hours depending on business needs. The Front of House Team Leader may also be required to work as a Crew member if business needs require.
