Sales Officer - Banking
We are looking for an Energetic, Passionate, and Career-Focused Sales Specialist. Candidates should have hardcore UAE banking experience in Credit card / Loan sales (MANDATORY). He/she will be responsible for achieving weekly / Monthly targets assigned by the management and growing the company's retail business. (Location - Abu Dhabi)

Job responsibilities:
- · This is a front-line Sales position, responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets, and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of multi-products.
- · Prospecting for new customers through own leads, references, and self-generated leads.
- · Set daily appointments and Company visits, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
- · Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly.
- · Keep up-to-date on products and promotional Offers for Customers.
- · Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls, and compliance.
- · Engaging with premium customers to build relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers.
- · Consultative selling experience
- · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- · Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.
- · High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management.
- · Ability to influence and negotiate with customers, both existing and NTB, and at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and relationship-building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
