Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor - Joinery Industry
We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the joinery industry.
Responsibilities
· Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management or supervision in the joinery, furniture, or related industries.
· Strong understanding of joinery processes, materials, and customer requirements.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the joinery sector.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and sales pipeline management.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines with clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility and adherence to project timelines.
