Sales Manager (UAE)

Position: Sales Manager
Salary: AED 4,000 (based on performance and experience)
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
• Experience working with schools and education system is a significant plus.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Visa: Must have a valid visa (e.g., husband's visa)
• Location: Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi (Female candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the UAE market, with a focus on the education sector.
• Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the education sector.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
• Provide sales training and support.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports.
