What you'll do:

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls to generate leads and appointments.
• Educate clients on our properties and services, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
