Sales Executive or Business Development Executive

Company Description
Home Hunters is a company working in the field of security and protection systems. It includes among its team members a group of senior engineers and technicians who have a lot of experience in the field of security and protection, as well as the field of smart homes. Home Hunter has been operating in the local UAE market since 2017 and has many completed projects, and there are also many Projects that are currently under construction, enabling them to move forward and enter into large tenders and bids with government institutions as well as large companies in the United Arab Emirates.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive at Home Hunters Smart Technology Solutions in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating and closing sales deals, and meeting sales targets.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business development efforts within the home automation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Present and pitch solutions effectively to clients, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in home automation, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
  • Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
  • Experience in IT and automation fields is a plus.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Strong skills in sales, business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Engineering is preferred.
