Sales Executive

  • Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as logistics, sales, and warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
  • Process customer orders in the system, track shipments, and communicate updates to customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly visit customers in the Dubai area to provide hands-on support or resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all customer service and delivery processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
  • driving: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE driving license (Preferred)
