1. Manage sales and distribution of our products in the Oman. Achieve Brand-wise, territory-wise and Market Segment-wise Sales and growth targets. 2. Develop new business and manage sales with existing customers in the Modern Trade ( Hyper Markets / Super Markets ) , B and C class Markets, Departmental Stores, Fashion Stores, Home Care segment, saloons / Spas , Gift and Discount Market segments ( Irani 10 /20 shops ). 3. Develop Business in Whole Sale Market. 4. Manage and Supervise distributor, plan and implement strategies to grow business and achieve Company objectives. Evaluate , cross check and report distributors activities and performance in the market. 5. Search and appoint new distributors for new product ranges. Increase overall retailer and customer base. 6. Launch new products in the territory. 7. Payment follow-up and collection from the customers. 8. Implement ATL / BTL marketing and sales promotion activities as directed by the HO. 9. Prepare sales, distribution, collection, market visit , market intelligence and all related activities report on daily , weekly and monthly basis ( as required by the line manager ) and send to HO on regular basis. 10. Collect orders from customers / distributors and send to HO , Keep close coordination with customer service team , accounts and WH team at HO to ensure best possible service delivery to the customers. 11. Carryout any or all Sales / marketing / operations related activities as directed by the line manager from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
