Sales Coordinator

We Are Hiring: Sales Coordinator
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Dubai Investment Park -1
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring data accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Ability to work Flexible hours
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
