Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at York Towers in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer service, real estate sales, and managing real property. The agent will play a vital role in promoting and selling luxury real estate properties developed by York Towers.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in real estate sales and property management
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with property valuations and market analysis
• Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage a diverse range of clients
• Experience in the real estate industry, with a demonstrable track record of successful sales
• Strong sales and negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property values
• Ability to sale international properties
• Excellent communication with broker agencies
• UAE Driving Licence & Car is preferred
• "Arab Female Candidates are Preferred"

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month + Commission
