Sales Associate (Interior Design & Home Renovation Services)
The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and closing sales inquiries related to home renovation and interior design services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling interior design or home renovation services in the UAE and will leverage their network and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth. This role is open to part-time and full-time candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and excellent at building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and generate new sales leads for home renovation and interior design services through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Follow up on inquiries, respond to potential client questions, and schedule meetings to understand their needs.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to potential clients to showcase the company's portfolio and service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their home renovation needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide professional advice to clients on design trends, materials, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients from initial contact through project completion, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Sales Process & Closing:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and project timelines, to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Market Knowledge & Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Report on sales activities, client feedback, and progress toward targets to the Sales Manager.
- Flexible Hours:
- This role is open to part-time professionals who can manage their time effectively, generating leads and closing deals around their schedule.
- Candidates with existing networks in the UAE’s interior design and home renovation market are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, home renovation, or related services in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the home renovation and interior design market in the UAE, including trends, materials, and client preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in interior design, business, or marketing is a plus.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales within the interior design or home renovation industry in the UAE.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Competitive base salary + commission (depending on experience).
- Flexible part-time or full-time role based on candidate availability and performance.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
