Job Responsibilities
Application Question(s):
- Product Display and Presentation maintaining product displays to attract customers. Ensuring products are visually appealing and organized.
- Stock Management monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as necessary.
- Sales and Promotions Tracking sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and promotions.
- Customer Interaction Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaboration and Communication Working closely with store managers, and other sales staff.Attending monthly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and merchandising techniques.
- Market Research and Analysis Reporting on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
- Administrative Duties Maintaining records of inventory, sales, and promotional activities.
- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
- Graduation or any related field
