Sales and Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities
  • Product Display and Presentation maintaining product displays to attract customers. Ensuring products are visually appealing and organized.
  • Stock Management monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as necessary.
  • Sales and Promotions Tracking sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and promotions.
  • Customer Interaction Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication Working closely with store managers, and other sales staff.Attending monthly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and merchandising techniques.
  • Market Research and Analysis Reporting on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
  • Administrative Duties Maintaining records of inventory, sales, and promotional activities.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven working experience in merchandising
  • Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
  • Graduation or any related field
