Sales Agent (Commission Basis)
Responsibilities and Duties:
-- Company visa will be provided.
-- Candidates should be immediately available.
You are eligible for a good percentage of the commission if the deal is closed with a client for the company.
Location : Our office is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis
Job Type: Full-time
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing the right property for the right price and best terms.
- Negotiate prices and other sales terms.
- Advertise the property to get the attention of prospective buyers.
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Build a list of properties with detailed specifications and market them through various means, like open houses, networking, advertisements and property events.
- Maintain your real estate knowledge and license.
- 2-5 years of Sales experience in Dubai with a real estate firm or a developer.
- Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
- Valid Real Estate License
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to work independently.
- Proactive and determined in their search for potential clients.
- Solid understanding of legal requirements and procedures.
- In depth knowledge of local real estate market.
